Czech Airlines, the country's flag carrier, and over 40 other airlines offer connections from Prague to more than 80 places in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, USA and Canada.

Václav Havel Airport Prague (PRG) at Ruzyně is located to the northwest of Prague, some 20 kilometres from the City Centre. It is accessible by urban transport (metro and bus), a shuttle bus service and taxis. All major international air carriers have representations in Prague.

By Car / Bus

The Highway Code in the Czech Republic is basically the same as in other European countries. Prague and several other cities have parking zones reserved for residents and institutions based there. Motorists are advised to park outside these zones. Guarded parking spaces and garages are recommended.

By Train

The Czech Republic boasts a dense network of railway. Many international express trains pass through the country. České dráhy (Czech Rail) is the operator of railway transport in the Czech Republic. The main stations are the Main Railway Station and Holešovice Railway Station.
